Swiggy Customer Complaints
Restaurant kolhapuri Katta order no-9343 delivered wrong and incomplete order, issue not yet resolved by swiggy team. No response from the swiggy support team.
Swiggy chat channel is worst all the time, backed up with all unprofessional employees, who won’t understand issues properly and send system-generated messages repeatedly. Disappointing after being a super member…
Order number # [protected]. This is my first order online. For the guests at my house, I thought I’d like to order ice cream. But it was a very big disappointment for all I [censored]s. The package was spilled and the icecream came out if it after it melted. The support is offering me a replacement but is not giving a refund which is of the same price. Well, first-ever order makes so much disappointment. I hope you will help me with this as the replacement is of no use as the guests, kids have left. Swiggy which ie the best food delivery app giving such service is horrible. I hope to get my money back. This is my Swiggy customer complaints against the issue.
I have ordered food on swiggy on 22-oct’19, with order id:[protected].
For which I haven’t received the order. After 2 hours customer care called me to inform for the delay and reorder the same.
But again after 1 more hour, I haven’t received it.
Then I contacted customer care help on chat, he said sorry and assured me to refund the bill amount+100rs coupon; which both I haven’t received
On 24-oct I again contacted, they again confirm due to technical issues it didn’t transfer but within 24 hours it will.
Today it’s 1-nov, again swiggy customer care says sorry and will refund the amount+coupon.
Now all this :
Delayed delivery (More than 2hours)
False promises of coupons
Again n again tracking of my money
And duping customers money
Has caused me mental trauma.
I need compensation for delaying bill amount+ interest on bill amount+ delaying/duping customers money which causes mental harassment.
I get the call from [protected] he told us that he is calling from swiggy and we get 5 coupons if we do what he said he told us to download my desk app from which he remote our device we do not know about the same when he said to do a transaction of rupees 10 rupees. After that, they do two transactions and debit 30280 rupees from my account. Firstly he did a transaction of 28280 from paytm and he debits 2000 rupees through another medium
The delivery representative called and I missed the call and within 5 mins he reached my place. The delivery representative came as started being rude as I missed his call. He refused to deliver the food and started abusing me verbally and left the place.
I am shocked by this harassment and the abuse and threat. I requested swiggy for action – but no clarity has been given except a refund.
It is dangerous to send such a delivery representative to people’s homes and private spaces. There has been clear abuse/threat by representative and deficiency in service for not providing the food amount willful misconduct and gross negligence on the part of swiggy.
I am requesting action against such a threatful and unprofessional service.

I am Akhila Singa, I ordered food from a restaurant via swiggy on June 3rd amount of 365, and October 18th 8-50 PM amount of 209 made payment via Google pay. The money got deducted but the order wasn’t placed. I need a refund.

Unable to download the order-[protected] invoice.
When downloaded, it is showing a black page. Requested to contact customer care. I have contacted cc through email and chat but no solution. They have given 48hrs resolution time. Time has passed over 6days but no progress. I followed up their swiggy support email, but still, they are unanswerable to my issue. I didn’t expect such a service from the company. Therefore, this is my Swiggy customer complaints.
After seeing lots and lots of such complaints, I can guess there may be more people who have been harassed by the company for some or other reasons.
